You, Yours - The Customer
Goods - Any Goods Forming Part of the Contract

Prices & Terms
We reserve the right to withdraw or charge prices for products without notice .
All goods and services are priced in £ Sterling and are inclusive of VAT at current rate.
You will be notified of pricing errors in our website and we will not be liable to supply goods at that price.
Any special order goods will not be returnable and may be subject to lead time by Manufacturers. Confirmation of order will be required and cannot be cancelled once ordered.
Carriage charges are shown at the basket point and are based on current standard UK carrier rates.
Please contact us for rates outside Uk.
Delivery
Whilst every effort will be made to complete your order in one shipment we reserve the right to deliver in installments.
Proposed delivery dates are estimates only and depend on supply of correct information from you and availability of products from Manufacturers. AQS Bathrooms will not be liable to additional cost of premium carriage (eg. Overnight 9am etc.) Or any less incurred by you as a consequence of proposed delivery dates not being met.
We expect to complete your order within 7 days, but due to availability of products from suppliers these estimates might occasionally be exceeded.
Orders placed during shutdown or Holiday Periods may result in extended delivery times.
Delivery of large items will require help with offloading. Normally to the nearest hard standing on your property no installation service is offered.
Delivery drivers are not responsible for return of pallets although they may take back if immediately available when delivering.
Please check goods received are undamaged before signing for receipt with the carrier. Where multiple items are delivered on a pallet goods seen to be damaged should be given back to carrier and good items accepted and signed for.
Procedure for receipt of pallet delivery will be advised to you.
As delivery dates cannot be guaranteed please do not fix dates with your installer until you have received the goods. We will not accept any claim for liability due to proposed dates not being achieved.
Delivery will only be made to the address shown on your order and must be inspected before signing for receipt. Any damages, shortages or error in items delivered must be notified to us within 72 hours in writing or email or fax stating whether missing or damaged. We will not accept liability for damage goods if notification is not made within this period.
You have a seven day cooling off period from the date of receiving the goods and a refund will be given within 30 days. You are liable for any cost incurred in returning goods to ourselves and returned goods must the same condition as you received them.
AQS Bathrooms must be given reasonable opportunity to remedy any problem.
Orders may only be cancelled by email providing us with full details of order, name, and date. You will be advised by email of receipt of cancellation request.
Warranty
All goods supplied by us are warranted free from Manufacturing Defects for a period of 12 months from delivery date except where otherwise stated.
Defects caused by fair wear and tear, neglect, negligence, accident, willful damage, misuse or use by a third part is not covered by this warranty.
Failure to follow manufacturer’s instructions or modifications or repairs carried out are not covered by this warranty.
Any claim for defect during the warranty period should be emailed or faxed to us within a reasonable time period.
If a claim is accepted under the Terms of Warranty AQS Bathrooms are entitled to replace the goods (or part of) free of charge or refund the price of the goods or part of and have no other liability to you.
Description and pictures of goods on our website do not form part of the contract, whilst every effort is made to ensure accuracy.
If in doubt please contact us to check suitability before ordering.
Extent of Liability
AQS Bathrooms will not be liable for consequential loss or damage to the property of 3rd parties as a result of breach of contract by us.
Out limit of liability arising directly from our negligence shall not exceed the invoice value of the goods.
Statutory Rights
Your Statutory Rights are not affected by our Terms and Conditions as defined by the distance selling regulations 2000.
