Goods sold by AQS Bathrooms will be delivered to the delivery address shown on your order.
When you have added your item to the basket you will need to go through the ordering process with either standard or express checkout. This will give you a facility to enter your Invoice address and also a delivery address.
Once orders have been placed you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this please check in your spam box or check the email address you have given us.
The dates on the website are approximate, therefore it is advisable to contact us before placing your order and we can check availability and lead-times.
All orders over £100 will not incur any carriage cost, but orders under £100 incur a small order & courier charge which is £11.95.
We despatch goods with: APC Logistics Parcels, APC/TPN Pallet Network & UPS. With APC & UPS Parcels you will receive a tracking email. Once you have received an email this will be delivered to you the next working day. This could be anytime during that day. With pallet deliveries we will notify you once the order is complete with either telephone call or email to arrange a convenient delivery date. This is normally Monday - Friday and could be delivered anytime from 8 am to 6 pm. Should you require a specific time or AM or PM delivery this could be arranged, but an additional charge will be made. Payments for this charge can be made by phone with a Debit/Credit card or Bacs payment.

All deliveries must be checked for transit damage while driver is present OR sign ‘unchecked’ & notify AQS Bathrooms with 3 working days as no claims will be accepted if these conditions are not met.
Any damages that may occur in transit please sent photographic evidence of this to email@example.com, this also applies to manufacturing defects.
